Returns

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, please contact us at support@aussieprimestore.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Non-Returnable Items

Some products, such as personal care items or custom-made goods, may not be eligible for return. We’ll always mention this on the product page if it applies.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or item? We’re happy to exchange it for you, depending on availability. Reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect. If that’s the case, we’ll cover it — no questions asked.
